The famous Kiosk of Roermond, a spectacular artpiece made fully with 3D-software. This has not been made with a photo camera! Since Julien did not have any blueprints, he went to the kiosk and used a measuring line to get the right sizes. In this way, his 3d-artpiece would be as accurate as possible. The process to create this artpiece from scratch to final took him over 150 hours, working with heavy 3d software and a lot of coffee.
Julien van Bergen is a 3D-artist. The unlimited options to create 3d shapes, lighting, shading and textures is exactly what drives him the most for this discipline.
There is something new to learn every single day! That’s why Julien is inspired by all interesting objects and scenes he sees. And is always asking himself: how should I create this in 3D?
